Technology is something that makes things easier for us, and improves our lives.

I think this is a step up from hand mixing, don't you?

Sadly, women just aren't as strong as they used to be.

I'm one of them. Yesterday I made homemade braided bread loaves. I kneaded that dough for about five minutes, and I was wiped. I can't even imagine having to do that basically every other day!

No wonder women were so strong in the old days. They hand mixed and kneaded bread all the time. And not just two loaves, either!

Makes me think that technology isn't such a great thing after all.
