the simple things in life, such as homemade quilts, fresh biscuits and fried chicken, talks with family, the sun shining through trees, comfy pillows, and listening to the birds sing. the best things in life are free.

><>EIGHT<><
the out-of-doors. things like mountains, trees, mud puddles, dirt roads, great big rivers and little laughing creeks, birds, elk, woods, and sunshine on a cold day.

the waltons. all eleven of them. the simplicity of their lives. the lessons they teach. the love they share.

><>TEN<><
memories. every single one i can think of.

><>ELEVEN<><
my home life. in a world where there are so may broken homes, i am so thankful to have been raised in a home where we all had the same parents, who are deeply in love, and to who taught us to follow Christ.

some technology. i generally don't like how computers and phones have taken over our lives, but there are times when i'm grateful to have it. mostly when i'm keeping in touch with family.

convictions. it may seem strange but i am so glad that my Heavenly Father isn't just a big fuzzy loving God. He expects more of me, and i'm glad He shows me where i'm wrong, so that i can be right with Him.

><>SEVENTEEN<><
skills i learned from my mom. sewing, cooking, cleaning, organizing...i'm so grateful for a mom who took the time to invest in me, and who made sure her daughters were prepared to make a home.
