Class of 2012

This past Thursday I officially finished school, and now I'm graduated!

A friend asked me if it felt any different and I had to say no.I guess it will feel different when my younger siblings start school this fall and I don't.

People keep asking me if I have any plans for the fall.

The only plans I have are:

1. Do what God says

2.Let Him figure out the rest.

Some people are like "Hey, that's great!".

Other people give me this blank look like, "Are you really serious?"

But I've learned that it really doesn't matter what everyone else thinks. It really only matters what God thinks if you're trying to live your life to please Him.

And that is exactly what I'm trying to do.

Congrats! It's exciting isn't it? I know what you mean when you said how some people react to you saying how you are just going to trust and obey God for your future. I have been raised to be a "keeper at home" (Titus 2:4-5) and I don't plan on going to college. People always ask, "So are you going to college?" And I tell them no and why not. They then ask "so what are you going to do then?" as if I have nothing to do! So I always tell them that I plan to just be content where God has me right now, serving Him in various ways at church until He leads otherwise. People look at me weird when I say that, but as you said, you cannot worry about what everyone else thinks, only about what God says!
