An old blue bowl

 An old blue bowl 

I bought today

Will help me greatly,

I'm sure, in some way.

 Both tall and deep

This pretty blue bowl

Will be used with care

No matter how old.

 Though scratched in the bottom,

And chipped on the rim, 

This nice old blue bowl

Will help make many things.

And if it's treated carefully, 

And used with lots of love,

My children's children may use it still,

When I am up above.
