{I've been enjoying...}

...being a housewife. I never realized what a homebody I was until I wasn't home as much as usual. I tried a new recipe for us and the honey oat bread turned out so yummy!

...upcycling a little bit. I made my desk a little pencil cup out of an old tomato can.

 ...trying new methods of art. I decided to give chalk art a try for this fall. I may just leave it like this all the time! I need the reminder.

 ...changing some things outside. I noticed over the summer that we were wearing a path through the front yard, so I decided to be brave and lay a brick path. I'm pretty pleased with the way it looks! I'm just afraid that one day I'll come home from somewhere and a certain little doggy will have torn it up. But I'm trying not to worry...

 ...making things for people I love. These biscuits were for my Mechanic Man. Well, mainly the heart one was. Anyway, this also includes Christmas presents {which I'm trying to get a head start on} but I obviously can't post those pictures!

 ...starting on new projects. This is one we started working with on Saturday. I'm excited to see the end result. You'll see before and after pictures when it's all complete!

...living my life right now. I'm having such a good time making yummy, useful, pretty, happy {by this I mean biscuits...they make me happy}, different things! God is so good to me.
